With the new moon, brings out with the old and in with a brand new energy to begin manifesting. Placing this new energy within the home with intention can help you to achieve that energy within you with ease and keep your vibration high.
We spend a lot of time in our homes, especially right now. We retreat to our home for comfort within difficult times and that energy can get stuck there if we do not cleanse it.
Negative energy from a stressful day, sadness, an argument or just a weird, bad vibe can get stuck in stagnant air flow and dark spaces. So be sure not to miss one area of the home.
Use these spiritual tools to cleanse your home and diffuse it of negative energy, as well as amplify new energy –
Create an aura of peace in whichever way you please. I like to light candles, turn off lights and light incense.
Place black tourmaline stones in purified water and Himalayan sea salt in the four corners of the home. If you have enough black tourmaline, place them in the four corners of each room.
Black tourmaline is a powerful negative energy diffuser. Purified water and Himalayan sea salt together will cleanse and charge up the energy of the powerful black tourmaline crystals.
Place a selenite tower or clear quartz tower in the center of the home and use selenite wands to connect the black tourmaline from the corners of the home to the tower.
Selenite and clear quartz are both crystal energy enhancers. Placing them in a crystal grid, as mentioned, will amplify the energy of the black tourmaline and the energy of your own intention throughout the home with tremendous power!
Use a sage smudge stick to cleanse the home of negative energy. Cleanse with intention, take your time as it should be a meditative practice. Use affirmations as you cleanse to rid negative energy and effectively set a new intention in the home. You can use affirmations customized to the energy of each room, such as, “I banish all negative energy from this space, no negative energy is allowed here. I replace any negative energies with an energy of love, inspiration and compassion…” ect. Also be sure to spend extra time in the spaces you spend the most time.
You can leave your crystal grid up for as long as you’d like! It will help the energy to amplify within the space, just be sure to charge them on the full moon, as they have been diffusing much energy within the home.
If you don’t wish to leave all your selenite and quartz up, you can leave your black tourmaline in easy to hide places of the home that needs an energy balance.
When you first dive into the crystal life, you likely are to buy a bunch of small crystals of all different sorts because of all the excitement!
But after a while, when you’ve developed an understanding of how crystals and their energies work, you’ll find that your citrine really doesn’t pair well energetically with your aquamarine.
You’ll feel less of a need to buy a bunch of little crystals of all sorts of colors and more of a need to buy larger crystals that compliment another crystal well.
So to start you off, I want to give you some pointers as to which crystals to put in certain spaces of the home that you may be needing more aligned energy within.
The Bedroom –
Rose Quartz, Selenite and Amethyst pair phenomenally together in spaces such as the bedroom.
This is because these stones are subtle and soothing. Rose quartz is a stone for compassion, love within yourself. Amethyst will connect you further with your intuition and can supply you with lucid dreaming.
Selenite, I believe to be great for all spaces, as it is a negative energy diffuser, it charges other crystals within it’s environment and can provide a sense of peace and enlightenment.
Other great crystals for the bedroom are Scolecite, a strong promoter of good sleep. Moonstone, a feminine energy stone that can connect you to your feminine energy and promote calm.
Blue crystals such as blue lace agate and aquamarine can be good for the bedroom as well. Depending on the energy you wish to invoke. These crystals promote peace and tranquility as well as good communication.
Your Work Space –
Crystals that you wish to have in your work space depends on the kind of work you do within that space and the energy you wish to give it.
Vanadanite is a great stone for almost all work spaces, as it promotes the energy of productivity, accomplishing goals and is a root chakra balancing stone. The root chakra is all about stability, security and grounding.
Some other great stones for the work space are citrine, which has a strong energy related to creativity.
Smokey quartz is a powerful negative energy diffuser, great if any space may promote feelings of stress.
Living Spaces (Dining Room + Living Room) –
Common living spaces such as the dining room and living room, or wherever you seem to spend most of your time with friends and family, are often overlooked when it comes to placing crystals with purpose.
These places are important. Depending on which energy you’d like to promote, here are some crystal energy suggestions for these spaces.
Blue Chalcedony and Sodalite are both amazing stones for common living spaces where people tend to hang out. These crystals promote open communication, speaking your truth and joy.
Many blue crystals will promote peace and open communication, as it is a throat chakra balancer.
Powerful negative energy diffusers are great for these spaces as well, such as black tourmaline, shungite and black kyanite.
You can also place yellow stones, such as natural citrine and yellow sapphire to promote happiness!
I always recommend placing clear quartz throughout the home as well, as this amplifies the energy of crystals as well as diffusing negative energy throughout.
If you place your crystals within your home with intention, amplifying this energy is powerful.

Here is a new moon ritual to start manifesting a new intention into your life and connect to your magic a little deeper. 🙂
For this ritual, all you will need is –
A sage stick
A candle and something to light it ( I highly recommend House of Intuitions Magic Candles, they’re made just for this)
A paper and pencil
And a quiet, positive aura for your ritual
Please be sure to do this on the night of the new moon or one of it’s phases (the day before or day after).
Your Ritual –
Cleanse your space with your sage stick or palo santo to creative a positive aura for your ritual and deflect any negative energies.
Use your sage stick to also fully cleanse your candle of all negative energies. It’s important to not light your new intentions with any lingering energies within the object.
Sit down in your ritual space, turn off all the lights, surround yourself with any crystals or incense that you wish to and make sure you are in a quiet space.
Now take out your notebook and pencil and write down what it is that you want to manifest with this new moon intention candle. You can only choose one intention so make it powerful, make it meaningful.
Journal on why it is you want to manifest this, the feelings that this manifestation will give you and how it feels to be on your way towards it soon. Journal on anything that you need to let go of in able to achieve this manifestation.
After you are done journaling, meditate on those feelings for a while. You can choose to listen to a meditative music or sound frequency, or you can choose pure silence.
Visualize what you see your life being like once you’ve achieved this manifestation and the feelings that are associated with it. Create emotion behind this intention.
Once you’ve sparked some passion behind this manifestation, open your eyes and say outloud to yourself, something along the lines of –
“I fully commit myself to achieve _________. I accept to put this intention out into the Universe, act upon it and allow the Universe to take over. I am excited for what’s to come with this new intention and I let go anything that may be in my way from achieving this goal. I know that this intention is on my way and it will come to me in divine timing.”
After you are done, light your candle. Light it with intention, your are lighting your manifestation into fruition.
Now, don’t ever blow this candle out… Keep this candle lit until it fully goes out on it’s own. Blowing out your candle is you blowing out your intention. If you worried about safety, put it in the sink or bath tub when you are away. Once again, I highly recommend House of Intuition’s Magic Intention Candles for this. When you are around, put it in a place that you can see, to remind you of this manifestation seeping out into the world.
And when this candle finally goes out, trust that the Universe has received your request and will come to you in divine timing.

When you ask people what they want to manifest most into their lives, it seems that travel is among the top two, probably about even with money.
And I wont lie… I’m right there with you. I have had a DYING desire to travel for as long as I can remember. It seems it is my souls calling and I manage to make it happen while still maintaining a full-time 8-5 office job.
I used to think I needed a different type of job to travel often, like a remote job of some sorts but the truth is that was the exact thought that kept me from traveling in the first place. It was my own thoughts in my own way. Always thinking that I would travel SOME DAY.
Matching The Vibration Of Travel – AKA Freedom
The first step in anything manifestation, is realizing that you have manifested every aspect of your current life. That means if your not traveling, you manifested that… and you can also choose to manifest travel instead.
The most efficient way to manifest quickly is by using the Law of Vibration. This is one of the twelve Universal Laws that states everything has it’s own vibration. Everything in our world is vibrating energy at it’s core. Each is unique.
Emotions share a vibration as well, low vibrations are feelings such as sadness and depression, high vibrations are feelings of excitement and happiness.
It is these vibrations that open or close doors for us in the metaphysical world.
Dig deep and figure out what is it that drives you to travel, what is the feeling that travel gives you?
Usually this is a feeling of freedom… so to open up the energetic doors that match with the vibration of freedom, you need to make an extra effort to feel the feelings of freedom as much as you can NOW.
What is it that makes you feel free? Maybe it’s cruising around town with no destination with your windows down. Maybe it’s having a dance party in your living room when no one is around.
When you match the high vibrations of freedom in your life, you become a magnet for that feeling. Meaning that doors will open for travel in your life that may have never been there before.
You must do things that make you a little scared in able to move energy around in the Universe and prove that you are ready.
So now that we’ve covered the emotions you need to feel in able manifest travel. Let’s talk about the more physical action because I feel this portion is often missed.
Here’s the thing… the Universe responds to your decisions. If a door opens up for you to travel, you must say yes!
Sometimes taking a leap of faith to travel may be scary, your ego may pitch in and try to say that your not ready, that you don’t have the finances, that you have no one to go with, that there’s no way you’ll find the time off of work, that you have no one to watch your cat!
This is when you step outside of your monkey mind and realize that, that is your ego talking. Your ego wants to keep you stagnate, safe and comfortable… but you cannot create any sort of change in your reality if you don’t put out a different energy for the Universe to play with.
I always remind myself that if I am feeling a little scared and a little uncomfortable… to embrace that feeling because it is this exact feeling that brings growth.
If you say no to your first opportunity for travel… it will be a long time before you find it again. Why? Because you told the Universe no. You told the Universe you weren’t ready.
You must make travel a RULE of your life. You must make freedom a RULE of your life.
To be honest… if you get your $1000 pay check, pay your bills, have $400 left over and blow it on makeup, clothes, getting your nails done and snacks… then you are not energetic match to travel. Your an energetic match to more makeup, clothing, ect., because that is exactly the energy you have put out.
AKA, if it’s not a priority, it wont pop out of thin air, that’s not what manifestation is all about.
Manifestation is about being OBSESSED with the thing you want to manifest, and putting every energy towards it, so that the Universe has no choice but to hand it to you.
Keep up to date on all things manifestation + spirituality
I have managed to manifest several trips around the world while still managing my 8-5 job because I AM OBSESSED.
Travel is an energetic minimum to me, it’s all I think about. It’s all over my vision board, I research travel all the time, look up new destinations, watch documentaries and YouTube videos on travel constantly.
I’ve went on trips when it’s scary, spent every last dime to travel and camped in a van while doing it… but it’s gotten easier as I’ve gone. As I continue to tell the Universe that I am more than ready, it becomes easier to manifest.
I find cheap flights, meet people that own property in places, make connects that are willing to collaborate and I tell my job way ahead of time to make sure there are no hiccups.
A lot of the time, I do these things before I’ve even booked the flight? Why? Because I have already DECIDED THAT IT WILL HAPPEN REGARDLESS. And that shit is powerful!
Do I want to travel even more? ABSOLUTELY! But it is important to not get impatient and begin to focus on what you don’t have… because this confuses the Universe to give you just that.
Another thing that can block you from manifesting travel is spiting on people that are already currently doing so.
If you see all these amazing videos and pictures of people traveling the world, instead of feeling envious, you must bless those people and send them love and positive energy.
Why? Because if you put out a negative emotion towards someone that has what you want to manifest, your correlating that negative energy with travel and the Universe and you are no longer an energetic match to it.
Always be in energetic alignment with the feelings that travel gives you.
Manifestation is an art… and it’s important to start understanding how it works, as it is based around the Laws of the Universe. Whether you understand them or not, they are creating the world around us and constantly in action.
I hope that I’ve inspired you to make that trip that has been scaring you… because when you put trust in the Universe, it rewards you greatly.
We have a very special full moon coming up, the first super moon of the new decade!
This moon is called a super moon because the moon will appear extraordinarily large! Which means lots of moon energy and the perfect time for crystal charging and rituals!
Here is a powerful ritual I created for this full moon –
For this ritual, you must have purified water (from a river, lake, rain or another foraging type of natural water would be amazing, but if not, regular purified water will do.)
You will fill up two glasses with this water and put tourmaline crystals in one glass (a powerful negative energy diffuser) and 1-3 miscellaneous crystals in the other. These crystals must correlate with what you want to manifest.
For example –
Red crystals – security, independence, stability
Orange crystals – creativity, sexuality
Yellow crystals – zest for life, overall happiness
Green or pink crystals – self-love and love for others + nature
Blue crystals – sense of peace and to speak your truth
Purple crystals – intuition and physical abilities
Magenta or white crystals – Higher consciousness, enlightened self
Meditate on the things that you want to leave behind, what is it that this charged crystal water will rid of your body, what is it in your mind and spirit that must be removed?
In the morning, drink your tourmaline crystal water, this washes away negative energy in the body, wiping it clean of any low vibrations and starting new.
Meditate to the same sound frequency and take a moment to visualize in your mind, the physical action of this negative energy leaving your body. Feel the emotions that go along with leaving these things behind. How do you feel now that you no longer have this emotion holding you back?
Do not forget that you have rid this energy from you body as you go out on your day. Do not go back to old habits that bring this low frequency back into your aura.
Stay up to date on all things manifestation + spirituality
That night, place your purified water and manifestation crystals out in the super full moon light.
Meditate on what it is that you intend to manifest with this charged crystal water the next morning. Put your powerful intention into this ritual cleanse. You can listen to a sound frequency to raise your vibration. This one is my current favorite. You can choose to listen to this while you sleep as well.
The next morning, drink your manifestation crystal charged water slowly. Listen to your sound frequency and meditate as your drinking the water. Envision your new life with this new manifestation. Envision the energy seeping into your body, into your blood stream, into your energy, effecting your vibration, you auric field.
This is what brings the manifestation to you. You are literally drinking in energy charged vibrations that correlate with your manifestation.
Feel the feelings that go along with having your manifestation being on it’s way to you right now. This is the first step.
I will be drinking citrine charged water to raise my energetic vibration of my solar plexus to keep my happiness levels high and manifest more effectively throughout the month. 🙂
There are plenty of different rituals and beliefs about how to spend your time during a full moon. This is the phase of the moon where you bring in the energy of the Universe to celebrate your achievements for the goals you set for yourself during the new moon, leading all the way up to this time.
For this reason, I take the time of the full moon to reflect and have some serious self-care time for myself. Self care is different for everyone, but I recommend taking it to the next level on the phase of the full moon, doing something a little extra that you don’t normally do.
Self-care is something that we may forget to do in the today’s world, where there are so many distractions that you feel like should have your attention, rather than simply making yourself happy. But you cannot be effective in any of your tasks if you are not aligned with your energy and feeling full.
So here is my self-care ritual that I like to do on a full moon, I feel so peaceful after this ritual and I hope it can help you feel peaceful on this full moon as well. 🙂
As you guys may already know, I am huge on creating the perfect aura, every day but especially for rituals. For me, this just keeps me in the zone, keeps me peaceful and makes me feel good about being the space that I’m in.
So first things first, cleanse your space with a sage smudge stick or with palo santo. This gets rid of all the negative energy in your space, cause you don’t have time for that shit tonight.
Light as many candles as you have, light some incense, lay your crystals about (and remember to afterwards put them in the moonlight to be charged).
Do a short meditation, just to clear any of the thoughts remaining in your mind from the day and start fresh. Focus on taking deep, long breaths during this meditation and it may be nice to end your meditation by putting some relaxing essential oils, such as lavender or a balancing blend on your wrists and inhaling them in. I will list some of my favorites at the end.
A Flower Mandala
I do not do these often, but every time I do, I feel so aligned and peaceful by the end of it. If you don’t know what a flower mandala is, it’s basically flower petals that you take and create a mandala on your floor, which you can combine with crystals, candles or whatever you wish.
I love doing these because it is so different, but it is incredibly peaceful to do. At first you may overthink it and it may feel awkward and you may second guess yourself, but as soon as you let that go, hours can fly by in what seems like only twenty minutes.
I consider this a form of meditation, because focusing on on some sort of art, really keeps your mind from wandering off elsewhere.
Turn on some slow music or frequencies while you do this or if you prefer silence than do that! And drink some tea, wine or whatever it is you drink to spoil yourself. Take as long as you want to do this!

Though I feel it’s important to say to not compare yourself to ANYONE else, the point is not how pretty your mandala is, it’s about creating art and creating peace for your mind.
A Bath Ritual
After your mandala, take any extra flower pedals you may have and draw yourself a warm bath, with the flower pedals, essential oils (highly recommended), bubbles, crystals, candles whatever it is you feel would be your best bath!
I put a crystal in the bath water sometimes if I feel the chakra associated with that crystal needs balancing.
During bath rituals I really like to listen to singing bowls, you can find plenty of videos of these on Youtube. I like these because they tend to just echo and vibrate the whole bathroom and of course you can choose a specific vibration that will attract something specific to your life, which for me lately has been abundance.
While in your bath ritual you can read, meditate, do mantras, affirmations, gratefulness practices or even sleep. Do whatever it is you feel your soul needs!
Skin Care Routine
I believe a skin care routine to be a ritual within itself. Today is the day to do your full skin care ritual, your skin has already been being steamed by the bath water, follow it with your face wash, exfoliant, toner, a mask and a finishing moisturizer or skin oil. My favorite skin care brands for things such as this is Aveda, as it’s scents are plant based and smell so lovely.
If you want to put on lotion, do some hair care or whatever, feel free to do so. 🙂
End your night by doing a finishing meditation, this can last much longer as your mind is most likely already cleared. Finish with some mantras for self-care, such as :
I am a goddess, I am abundant and attract abundance, I am loved and attract love, I radiate positive energy and attract positive energy. I am beautiful, I am enough. I am confident and passionate. I am grounded and full of energy. The Universe is in my favor.
You can also partake in some “OM’s” before ending your meditation, I like this as it slows down your mind on a whole other level.
You can end the night by reading a book or journaling, just try to refrain from the tv or your phone before you go to bed tonight. You may find yourself sleeping better and waking up more aligned within yourself. 🙂
Morning rituals are so important to get your day started off right. Setting your alignment with The Universe first thing in the morning, sets you on your path for the day and how are you going to react to the days challenges.
I am by no means a morning person, but I take this time extremely serious and have grown to love my morning ritual; it is a time for self-care before anything else can get your attention.
This is my ideal morning ritual, though sometimes I don’t have time for all of it, there is not one day where I do not do at least half of this ritual.
First things first…
Make sure your alarm is not outrageous! Sure, your alarm is meant to wake you up, but any loud(ish) noise in the morning will wake you up regardless. Set your alarm to something that is relaxing so you don’t start off your morning irritated by your own alarm! And wake up slowly, you don’t need to jump out of bed like it’s a mission, do some in-bed yoga poses, love on your significant other or your animals. Make your morning enjoyable. And PLEASE, try to avoid using your phone.
After waking up, open up some windows or step outside for a minute to be connected with nature for a bit! Sip plenty of water to get you hydrated, infused with cucumber or lemon can give you an extra boost! Listen to the sounds of nature for a bit and allow your mind some time to slowly wake. I find it super relaxing in the morning.
I normally light some incense while I do my morning ritual, I love breathing in relaxing and/or invigorating smells!
Following that, take some time for your skin care, I wash my face and use moisturizer on my face before starting my morning ritual, to allow my moisturizer time to absorb into my skin. I will put my favorites at the end of this blog.
While your skin is soaking in it’s morning nutrients, turn on some relaxing music (recommendations here) for a short morning yoga session to get your body moving.
I do very simple yoga in the morning, sometimes more advanced and lengthy if I have more time, but some simple cat, cows and warrior poses is just fine.
Right after yoga, I go from my last child’s pose to a seated position for meditation. I’ll keep the same music going and do some silent meditation to settle my mind, or depending on what I’m currently wanting to focus on, do a guided meditation.
At the end of my meditation with some gratefulness practices, mentioning what I am grateful for, everyone’s gratefulness practices should be different and ever changing, but here are my recent ones :
“I am grateful for this brand new day to breath and to be, I’m grateful for this coffee, for this water, for my job. I’m grateful I have a car, grateful I have support in my life. I am grateful for my health and grateful for the support of The Universe.”
It’s important to not overthink this practice, nor the following one, and to just make it relate able to you. No one is hearing this, it is simply for you and your mind. Don’t worry about making it sound perfect and poetic.
After this, go into some affirmations, these should be ever changing and customize-able to you, but something to align your energy for the day ahead. Here are some that I am currently using.
“My body is rested and my mind is clear, The Universe supports me today, I am full of energy and radiate positive energy. I am confident, I am persistent. I am having fun today, I am inspiring others, I am aligned with my goals today.”
Both of those practices work well to say out loud, write on paper or both. Whichever you prefer.
After this, practice some vibration work. Some simple, OM’s can work wonders to get you aligned with The Universe and wake up your body. If you have a singing bowl, this is also a fantastic morning energy/vibration practice.
Be sure to take your time for these practices and not rush through them like they are a chore, or they may lose their meaning.

The power of manifestation is absolutely incredible, but when you harness the energy of the moon along with it to guide you in the right directions for that manifestation, it can be even more powerful.
This new moon, I am going to be doing a manifestation moon ritual and I am going to share exactly what I will be doing throughout the entire month and all of the moon phases.
Of course, everyone’s manifestation is different, because of this I am going to share something awesome with you at the end of this blog, an opportunity for a customized manifestation moon ritual just for you. 🙂
New Moon Phase (Manifestation Beginnings)
This new moon is on August 30th, this specific new moon is in the Virgo and it is conjunct with Mars. This combination brings strength and passion and a great time for new goals and a time to express your creativity.
On this night I will sage my home to cleanse the energy and make sure I am starting fresh with new positive energies in my space. When I do this, I say some affirmations such as (no negative energy lives here, I only surround myself with positive energies, I cleanse this space, ect).
What I want to manifest during this moon cycle is a paid trip to Bali. What’s important when you want to manifest something, is letting go of the how and trusting the Universe will open doors for it to somehow.
I like to light incense, candles and lay my crystals (I will focus around citrine to attract abundance) around me, though none of this is necessary, if you don’t have these things, it is the power of intention that is most important.
After I’ve created a peaceful aura, I’ll meditate to steady my mind for a few minutes. I do this first to get more present in the moment. Afterwards I’ll write down some affirmations that have to do with what I want to manifest.
For example, “I am manifesting a paid trip to Bali, my trip is already paid for. I am so excited to go to Bali, it is going to be amazing. The Universe is opening up doors for this trip to be paid and I am so grateful. I am manifesting the travel I’ve always wanted.”
You can go on with this for as long as you’d like. Write as if it’s already happened and get excited that it has!
After I’m done with my affirmations I will do a visualization meditation. This can be so powerful if you don’t allow other outer thoughts to enter your mind space.
Imagine the thing you want to manifest already being there and how it feels to have it. For me, I will visual being in Bali, the waterfalls, the beach, the atmosphere, the culture, the villa I want to stay in, the food I want to eat, the things I want to see, people I want to meet, things I want to do.
Take as much time as you need for this, it can be so much fun and time can fly by! Feel like your there, feel like it’s already happened, feel that bliss.
For the rest of night, just get excited for the journey ahead and how the Universe is going to open doors for your dream and it will come when it needs to.
When you go to sleep, listen to a meditative audio that vibrates at the same frequency as what you want to manifest. For this manifestation, I am going to be falling asleep to this audio.
This can rewire the brain to vibrate at the same frequency as the dream you’d like to manifest so you attract it to you.
The Waxing Moon Phases
Here is where the work comes in. You must be conscious with where your mind is during this time. Make sure you are still working towards your manifestation, are you being grateful? Are you being positive? Are you still putting faith in the Universe that you are manifesting?
During these moon phases, make sure to still visualize, still do you affirmations, I plan to listen to my audio every night. I plan to act like what I am manifesting is already in the works and I have nothing to fear.
Make sure you are also doing the work! If you want to become an entrepreneur or something, the Universe is going to open up doors, but it is up to you to recognize them and step through them. You may find more opportunities for this to manifest coming your way, but you must do the work to step into them.
There will be times when you will be questionable, maybe start to lose faith, remember that whatever you are thinking is going to manifest, if you don’t think you will succeed, then you wont.
You’re morning routine ritual is very important during these phases, and quiet literally all the time.
Every morning, I do a short 10-20 minute yoga session, light incense and meditate. I sometimes do a visualization, sometimes do manifestation affirmations.
But I always, always mention what I am grateful for, no matter how simple it is. I usually mention that I am grateful for a brand new day, grateful to breathe, grateful to manifest in this new day, grateful for the love in my life, ect.
This can be different for everyone, remember to try to mix it up to keep you thinking of new things, keep you present with what your really saying and really feel the grateful energy.
I like to do a daily tarot card draw during the entire phase until the full moon as well and write it down in a journal and try to understand what the Universe may be trying to tell you or guide you during the process.
First Quarter Moon Phase
This phase of the moon is based on some self reflection. You are half way through your moon cycle, look back and be honest with yourself on how your doing. What are you attracting, what frequency is your energy at, are your staying present, being grateful, keeping with your affirmations?
Maybe this is a time to do a full on ritual similar to your new moon to get back aligned with your goals for the next half of the moon phases.
I always recommend reading some sort of self-growth book to read regularly as well to always keep you motivated, this honestly is something I use all the time to continue growing.
The purpose of the full moon is to reach manifestation and reap the benefits of the intentions you put out into the Universe.
Charge your crystals for your new moon cycles and write down what you are grateful for achieving in this moon cycle.
If you did not manifest exactly what you are looking for, do not lose hope, reflect back and see if you weren’t as commited as you thought, what could you do differently?
Remember to be grateful for other things that you may have manifested during this moon cycle.
Maybe you are manifesting something powerful and it may take some more time. Take this time to reflect and recoup, try again this next new moon with new faith and new astrological correspondences.
Waning Moon Phases
These moon phases are meant for rest. Hopefully you have been incredibly active in manifesting you goal and take this time to take some time for self-care. Take a bubble bath with some candles, treat yourself to a facial, buy a new crystal, take a nap, maybe meditate some more. Do something to reward yourself an build motivation to start again for the next new moon.
Remember to stay grateful during these times as well, keep your frequency high and keep attracting positivity into your life. 🙂
With the energy that came in the month of October, I can say that this energy has impacted my life greatly. It has brought me to my knees and one point and I had to get myself back up and believe that everything has a purpose and I am grateful to simply be alive every morning.
That’s why at the end of this month, this full moon has great meaning to me, and I believe it may to a lot of people, as the energy this month has been a little weird.
It is important to verbally remind yourself of all the things in life you are truly grateful for, I hope you will partake in these actions tonight under this full moon in the Taurus.
Set Your Aura
You’re aura is the energy you give off around you, this is with you always. But when I take the time aside to meditate, I like to set my atmosphere to amplify my emotions in a spiritual way. I like to set out crystals that resonate with me, light candles and incense. This helps me to meditate deeper, but these things are absolutely not a necessity to do.
Just be sure to be in a safe and quiet place, where you can close your eyes and focus on your intentions and nothing else.
You can choose to have silence, meditation music, nature sounds, singing bowls or whichever you choose. I like all four of these options and it always changes which one I choose to listen to.
I do simple affirmations every day, but on this full moon I want to go deeper and I think this is good to do every now and again.
Sometimes I will meditate in silence first and sometimes I will do my affirmations before I meditate, what you choose to do is up to you. How you choose to sit, stand or lay is up to you. I do not believe specific guidelines during meditation.
Take this time to envision your life in a grateful way, every thing and every person you are grateful for, feel that gratefulness within you. Imagine yourself exactly as the person you wish to be five years from now, where you are, what you’re doing… see yourself exactly as you want to be and feel it as if it’s already here.
Everyone’s affirmations should be different, mine should be different from yours as yours should be from another. But I will give you some ideas, as these are the affirmations that I will tell myself on this full moon.
I am happy.
I am happy to wake up this morning, to sleep comfortably tonight.
I am grateful for this day I had to live, for the food and drink that I was so fortunate to have.
It is in my power to be happy every day, I make that choice.
I am grateful for the love in my life, my family, my boyfriend, my animals, my friends. I’m grateful for my home, for my warmth. I know that I am fortunate.
I am confident, I am honest, I am grateful. I am loved, I am smart, I am creative, I am a go-getter. I am happy, I spread happiness, I spread laughter, I spread love. I am well-spoken, I am successful, I can do anything that I want to do.
I am kind, I am strong, I am powerful, I am persistent.
I leave all things that no longer serve me to make space for the things that I need in my life.
Affirmations are all about speaking to your conscious and subconscious, saying all the things you want to be as if you already are them. In it’s own miracle way it helps you to become all of these things within time.
I always add gratefulness to this, and doing so allows you to realize exactly how much you have to be thankful for, no matter how simple they are. Afterwards, the negative things begin to disappear and more positive things begin to come your way.
Allow these affirmations to help you realize that your life is all you pertain it to be, it’s all you say it is and it’s all that you focus on.
This is among the most beautiful places to explore nature in Washington. Filled with gorgeous mountains, inactive volcanoes and luscious forests. This place is worth a long camping trip in the summer, or even the long drive to see some of it’s wonders in a day trip. The hikes and waterfalls in this area are endless because of all the mountains in the area.

Mount Saint Helens Area
This inactive volcano is famous for it’s incredible destruction in 1980, you can see incredible views of this volcano and the effects of it’s eruption and learn more about it. It’s pretty amazing.
The ape caves are truly unique, make sure to bring a flash light and warm clothing, because it is pitch dark! It’s quiet the adventure to work you way through this two and half mile lava tube, the longest continuous cave in the U. S!
This is the easiest viewpoint to see Mount St. Helens, it’s a stunning view where you can also see Spirit Lake. There is also a hike along Windy Ridge called Loowit trail, a 28 mile round-trip hike that has gorgeous waterfall along the way. Make sure to research required permits for hikes such as this in the area.
Mt. Adams Area
This area is particularly known for climbing Mt. Adams, it is a a 10 mile, round trip hike with a 4500 ft elevation gain, and leads to some amazing views!
With the Columbia River Gorge being on the opposite site of this area, it has no shortage of gorgeous waterfalls, some of my favorite in the state are in this area!
I believe this to be the most beautiful waterfall in Washington, it flows so perfectly and is wide, and it is easy to get to the bottom of the falls for amazing views and a swim 🙂 The long drive is beautiful and it is a short quarter mile hike that allows every viewpoint.
