The Three Principles To Manifestation

Manifestation is quiet an amazing super power that each and every one of us are able to achieve in some very simple ways, that are almost so simple, it seems unbelievable.

Our minds are so powerful, we don’t even understand just how powerful our minds are. People can quiet literally heal the body with the power of their mind, with positivity, with faith.

Firstly, it’s important to understand that the entire Universe is made of energy, to the very core of everything there is energy. And energy vibrates, each energy vibrates to a different vibration, as do emotions. Happiness has a higher vibration just as sadness has a lower vibration

So here are the three most important things I’ve found to manifest things into your life with the power of your own energy.

Super Attractor

Match To That Vibration/Energy :

Just as I said before, everything has a vibration, including emotions. There is a reason why people go in “downward spirals,” because something made them sad and they continued to think about that sadness, vibrating to the energy of sadness and therefore attracting more sadness.

We tend to be in a habit to vibrate at the low frequency of things such as depression, anger, envy, jealousy and many other emotions that are more common to talk about and bring attention to. You don’t as often that people make conversation about positive situations, and this energy is contagious.

If you want to manifest, for example, more money, when it comes to manifesting, it’s more than just money. Think deeper, is it the money that you want, or is the feeling that comes along with having money? Freedom, happiness, ect.

So if you vibrate to the frequency of those things, happiness and freedom, you will be far more likely to bring money into your life than if you were to be vibrating to a lower frequency.

Act As If :

So let’s stick with this example of money, because let’s be real, everyone wants to manifest some more money (and this is not a wrong thing to want!) The second thing to help you manifest more money into your life is to act as if you already have the money!

I am still working on this factor, when I make a big purchase, I tend to cringe a little, I tend to have it in the back of my mind that I can only afford so much and I can’t afford this, I can’t afford that.

But since I have switched that mind set and NEVER say that I can’t afford something, my finances have been so much easier to handle!

How would you feel if you had more money in your bank account? Less stressed, more free? FEEL THAT WAY! It will feel weird at first, because you might only have $12 dollars in your bank account, but if you dwell on that in your mind throughout the day, that lowers your vibration and attracts more lack.

Expect that you have a check in the mail instead of a bill, expect that you are going to get a raise, expect that your going to make that sale, and you will vibrate to that frequency and attract exactly that!

The Universe Has Your Back

Let Go, Have Faith :

The last thing that goes hand in hand with manifesting, that people often leave off and it leaves them not manifesting anything, is having faith and letting go.

Once you put the intention out, expect that you are going to receive and vibrate to the frequency of that wealth, you now need to have faith and let it go. Don’t over-obsess over receiving what you want to manifest, when you do this, your putting a sense of worry that it isn’t coming out into the Universe, your not having faith… and so it wont.

All of this is easier said than done, I am still working on manifesting effectively. But after you master the art, you can manifest with ease. It’s kind of like when you are thinking about buying a Jeep, you think about it all the time, get excited about it and look at Jeeps all the time and so you tend to see more of them, because you are attracting Jeeps!

Manifesting isn’t always about receiving something for free (don’t expect a free Jeep with a bow on it for Christmas although that’s also possible.) But it just means that the Universe will open up doors that may not have been there before to bring the thing of which you are attracting to you.

I focused SO HARD on manifesting a trip to Bali, Indonesia. I expected it, I just knew it was going to happen even if I didn’t know how.

I have always had struggles saving and making travel happen, but it happened! And it happened with ease, it happened with extra money still in my bank account.

Good Luck and Good Fortune Meditation

As we finally head off away from family and into our own atmosphere of life, to attract good luck is never a bad thing.

We have made some critical decisions within the last couple days, such as leaving our truck behind and relying upon our own feet, bicycles, buses and Uber to spare us the money spent on gas to tow the weight as well as on ground, we believe this will allow us to think more creatively as to how to best get where we need to be. We also have made a difficult decision to travel just to two of us (my boyfriend, our animals and I). As uneasy as this choice was, I know that we all shall grow into our own people and I wish my friend the best.

A call for good luck and good fortune is most needed now, and this is how I will do so if you’d like to join:

Crystals:

          Tigers eye (for good luck and will-power)

          Citrine (for good fortune, success and creativity)

          Selenite (to ground and charge your energies)

          Clear Quartz (to amplify your intentions and deflect negative energies)

All crystals are optional, if you don’t have some, don’t worry!

Incence:

          Lavender (for good luck)

          Sage (for cleansing your aura)

          St. John’s Wort (for strength and happiness)

Find a peaceful space to set your incents and crystals and to sit comfortably.

Sit in the most comfortable position to meditate and do so for a few minutes. Once you find your zen, set your intentions on your future and how you see your goals playing out. Envision this future of bliss and success as if it’s happening already.

After you find contentment in that moment, begin to out loud thank the universe or whichever God you worship for every thing in your life that you are thankful for, no matter how small.

Some things I say are simply another day to breathe, the food I’ve had, the water, the coffee. This helps you to recognize and be thankful for the things that go overlooked.

Find a moment of still peace in your meditation after this. After doing so, say out loud the characteristics you want in your future as well as what you believe you carry now. Some things I saw are, “I am humble, I am confident, I am successful, I have great will power… ect.”

Find a moment of peace within your meditation once more and keep it for as long as you please, finishing off your meditation with a clear mind and the high vibrations of good luck around you.

Bow you head in Namaste.

It may be weird at first to say things aloud during meditation, but the power of affirmations and the law of attraction is a powerful manifestation that everyone should learn the tricks to. Trust in the universe to provide you with good luck in your future and keep your intentions within you with good faith.

New Moon Bay Leaf Ritual

New Moon Bay Leaf Ritual

New Moon, New Intentions

The New Moon is the ideal time to let go of unwanted energy and bad habits in your life and begin again with new intentions, with the energy of the moon in your favor.

There are many rituals you can partake in to help with these intentions, as I will be leaving soon on my travels, there may be some troubling times when it is important to stay positive and trust my intuition. This new moon falls just days before leaving and so I find a ritual of helping my wishes come true to be perfect for the occasion.

Bay leaves are spiritually known to help grant wishes when you burn them, doing so on a new moon can amplify the energy of that wish. As it is also a time to let go intentions that do not serve you and begin again.

If you would like to participate in this ritual, as the new moon phase lasts approximately three days, these are the steps that me and my fellow travelers have participated in on this night.


What you will need :

Bay Leaves

Dried Bay Leaves and Flowers

Something to write with on the leaves

A candle (the color of the candle is optional, but can also depend on the wish, for each color has a different meaning with it comes to rituals. For ours, we chose a green candle, representing luck, nature, success and growth.)

Incense (optional, for this ritual we chose Frankincense for purification, protection and luck.)

Crystals of your choice (also optional, for this ritual we chose citrine for success and good fortune and also clear quartz to deflect negative energy and amplify our intentions.)

Sage or palo santo to cleanse your space.

Stay up to date with all things rituals + spirituality

For this ritual, I recommend being in nature under the new moon to be better connected to Mother Earth’s energy. Surround yourself with your incense and crystals and light your candle. After this you can cleanse your aura of negative energy by burning your sage or palo santo.

If you find yourself distracted with city noises, you can put on some nature sounds, this one here is my current favorite.

Sit down and meditate for a little while, cleansing the mind of negative energies and setting your intentions for this ritual and your future endeavors. Visualize yourself as if these goals are already accomplished in your life and feel the feelings that come along with that.

When you feel fulfilled with your meditation, you can then write your wish on your bay leaf, stay thoughtful about your wish as you set it on fire with your candle and watch it burn. It is important that you feel the energy around you and feel positive about this ritual granting your wish.

You can choose to meditate afterwards, to find peace of mind and good vibes for your future and make sure to trust the Universe with your wish.

My Choice To Be Grateful

A long time ago, I had saw a documentary called, The Secret. This documentary spoke about the law of attraction and the power of the mind. The main thing to take away from this, is that you attract what karma brings to you with your thoughts and emotions.

When I had seen this, I may have changed my point of view for a day or two and then kind of forgot about it and moved on. But recently, I stumbled upon this again and decided to watch and see if I understood it differently now.

Maybe it’s my state-of-mind that has changed, but I soaked every bit of the information this teaching had to tell me and was still curious to know more afterward.

The next day, I found myself at Barnes and Noble searching through the self-transformation section. I kid you not, about half of this section was filled with books about positive thinking and its true power. I read a few, but the general idea is all the same.

I began learning more, I began meditating more and I started applying what I had learned to my everyday life; and more and more, I begin to see the world around me differently.

You see, we think too negatively upon anything at all possible we can think negatively upon. Whether it’s about ourselves, others or any situation thrown our way.

We seem to spend more time and more energy noticing and complaining about all the bad things that we forget about anything positive.

I don’t mean to sound too cliché, but it really is true… we have so many things to be happy grateful for. Whether it’s the cup of coffee in your hands, that you have clothes in your closet, food in your fridge, love in your life, the list is truly endless.

To someone that has none of these things, just a simple cup of coffee to them fills their heart and makes their day.

We don’t seem to think about these things often, we’d rather think about the fact that we woke up late, stubbed your toe or that your favorite shirt wasn’t washed.

I whole-heartedly believe that the universe has its way of eventually giving you what you wish, that may seem too easy, but really what many of us our portraying is negative energy, and that is exactly what you will receive if that’s the case, because that’s all you see.

Because someone is a very happy person, it doesn’t mean they don’t share the same struggles that you do, or even more. It’s simply because they choose to be. They woke up late and they are happy for the leftover pancakes in their fridge.

Every one of us have the powerful decision as to if we’re going to have a good day or not, we have the decision as to how we are going to respond to the things that get thrown upon us during the day.

Recently, I have found myself unhappy with the routine of my life and the need for something new. I blamed it on my lack of money, I blamed it on my job; I did everything besides take responsibility for it myself. By trying to radiate and attract positive energy, I figured that I had nothing to lose.

The first day was a struggle, I was doing everything that I thought I was supposed to do, I was writing down the things I was grateful for, saying them in my head and trying to keep a smile on my face all day at work.

But really, I was doing it all wrong, that day I felt as if so many things didn’t go my way, my computer wasn’t working, I got a sore on my foot, hit my head, dealt with rude customers at work, forgot my phone. I thought the universe was challenging my faith… but the universe is not out to get me. I didn’t realize that really my thoughts were negative, they were focused on what had already gone wrong.

That night, I meditated (I will link the meditation below) I reevaluated why I was choosing to do this and motivated myself to get up and do it all over again.

The next day, the everyday things that were routine at my work place seemed to change. I wanted to really speak to every person I dealt with, I wanted to make sure they were having a good day and ask them how their holidays are going. Of course, I had the intention of doing so, but I found real joy by talking to these people, because my mind-set had shifted on something other than my misery.

There was a lady I was speaking with, starting conversation about how my eyes were dry because I hadn’t bought new solution in a week or so. Ten minutes later, this woman comes up to the registers and hands me a brand-new bottle of contact solution.

I don’t think that she really understood the impact that had on me. Customers giving me anything had never happened in the 2 1\2 years I’ve worked there, I do not believe it is a coincidence, I believe I attracted that positive energy.

The rest of that week was a better week than I have had in months, all because of my mind-set and how I am choosing to think and react to life. I am still in the process of this, but I want this to be implemented throughout the rest of my life.

Every morning, I am weirdly excited for the challenges I will face and how I can respond to them. With every challenge, I grow a little bit more.

I have many challenges in my life right now, I do have things that inevitably are not going my way, but I choose to think of the things that are. I believe that if I am grateful for what I already have, that the things I need will come my way.

Before this, I used to have a blog of which I called, My Journey to Happiness, this blog never made sense to me, I never knew what I was going to write about next, never new exactly where it was going or what my motivation was. The truth is, I was lost, I was looking for happiness at an unhappy time in my life and I was frustrated with not finding it. Now that I have thought only about the things that I am happy about, it’s fascinating to know that it was in my own power all along.
