Full Moon Self Care Ritual

There are plenty of different rituals and beliefs about how to spend your time during a full moon. This is the phase of the moon where you bring in the energy of the Universe to celebrate your achievements for the goals you set for yourself during the new moon, leading all the way up to this time.

For this reason, I take the time of the full moon to reflect and have some serious self-care time for myself. Self care is different for everyone, but I recommend taking it to the next level on the phase of the full moon, doing something a little extra that you don’t normally do.

Self-care is something that we may forget to do in the today’s world, where there are so many distractions that you feel like should have your attention, rather than simply making yourself happy. But you cannot be effective in any of your tasks if you are not aligned with your energy and feeling full.

So here is my self-care ritual that I like to do on a full moon, I feel so peaceful after this ritual and I hope it can help you feel peaceful on this full moon as well. 🙂

The Aura

As you guys may already know, I am huge on creating the perfect aura, every day but especially for rituals. For me, this just keeps me in the zone, keeps me peaceful and makes me feel good about being the space that I’m in.

So first things first, cleanse your space with a sage smudge stick or with palo santo. This gets rid of all the negative energy in your space, cause you don’t have time for that shit tonight.

Light as many candles as you have, light some incense, lay your crystals about (and remember to afterwards put them in the moonlight to be charged).

Meditation

Do a short meditation, just to clear any of the thoughts remaining in your mind from the day and start fresh. Focus on taking deep, long breaths during this meditation and it may be nice to end your meditation by putting some relaxing essential oils, such as lavender or a balancing blend on your wrists and inhaling them in. I will list some of my favorites at the end.

A Flower Mandala

I do not do these often, but every time I do, I feel so aligned and peaceful by the end of it. If you don’t know what a flower mandala is, it’s basically flower petals that you take and create a mandala on your floor, which you can combine with crystals, candles or whatever you wish.

I love doing these because it is so different, but it is incredibly peaceful to do. At first you may overthink it and it may feel awkward and you may second guess yourself, but as soon as you let that go, hours can fly by in what seems like only twenty minutes.

I consider this a form of meditation, because focusing on on some sort of art, really keeps your mind from wandering off elsewhere.

Turn on some slow music or frequencies while you do this or if you prefer silence than do that! And drink some tea, wine or whatever it is you drink to spoil yourself. Take as long as you want to do this!

Here is a quick picture I took of my last flower mandala. I drew this inspiration to partake in these by @sallymustang, I recommend looking up some of her work on Instagram.

Though I feel it’s important to say to not compare yourself to ANYONE else, the point is not how pretty your mandala is, it’s about creating art and creating peace for your mind.

A Bath Ritual

After your mandala, take any extra flower pedals you may have and draw yourself a warm bath, with the flower pedals, essential oils (highly recommended), bubbles, crystals, candles whatever it is you feel would be your best bath!

I put a crystal in the bath water sometimes if I feel the chakra associated with that crystal needs balancing.

During bath rituals I really like to listen to singing bowls, you can find plenty of videos of these on Youtube. I like these because they tend to just echo and vibrate the whole bathroom and of course you can choose a specific vibration that will attract something specific to your life, which for me lately has been abundance.

While in your bath ritual you can read, meditate, do mantras, affirmations, gratefulness practices or even sleep. Do whatever it is you feel your soul needs!

Skin Care Routine

I believe a skin care routine to be a ritual within itself. Today is the day to do your full skin care ritual, your skin has already been being steamed by the bath water, follow it with your face wash, exfoliant, toner, a mask and a finishing moisturizer or skin oil. My favorite skin care brands for things such as this is Aveda, as it’s scents are plant based and smell so lovely.

If you want to put on lotion, do some hair care or whatever, feel free to do so. 🙂

End your night by doing a finishing meditation, this can last much longer as your mind is most likely already cleared. Finish with some mantras for self-care, such as :

I am a goddess, I am abundant and attract abundance, I am loved and attract love, I radiate positive energy and attract positive energy. I am beautiful, I am enough. I am confident and passionate. I am grounded and full of energy. The Universe is in my favor.

You can also partake in some “OM’s” before ending your meditation, I like this as it slows down your mind on a whole other level.

You can end the night by reading a book or journaling, just try to refrain from the tv or your phone before you go to bed tonight. You may find yourself sleeping better and waking up more aligned within yourself. 🙂

Happy Full Moon Loves!

Attract Abundance and Wealth Ritual

I’d like to share with you the exact ritual I have created for myself based on bringing upon abundance and wealth in my life. I have been obsessed with growth and discovering that the world is full of abundance and that money is simply an energy in The Universe.

Whether this abundance comes to you or not, is based on whether your vibration matches the energetic vibration of abundance as well!

I realized, how could I expect abundance if I continued to talk about how I can’t afford the thing and focus on my lack of abundance?

You simply receive what you say you will receive, you are right either way. It’s the rule of The Universe.

The ritual of attracting wealth and abundance is a consistent ritual throughout every day, but the deep down work that I participate in every morning and every night is what I am going to describe to you guys today.

Crystal + Cleansing Kit

Morning Ritual:

Before my morning ritual, I like to light candles and incense in the area where I will be performing my ritual.

I begin my morning with a short yoga session, anywhere from 5-30 minutes, whatever time is available to me, it always varies.

After my yoga session, I will do a silent meditation followed by mantras. The mantra I have been using is an ancient Lakshmi mantra, meant to bring upon wealth and abundance. The beliefs of these mantra’s, is using your own voice to vibrate at the frequency of wealth and abundance.

The mantra I have been using lately is, “Om Shreem Maha Lakshmiyei Namaha” I will attach a pronunciation and music to go along here.

During this mantra, I will hold a crystal that correlates with wealth and abundance to my sacral chakra area (coordinated with abundance). I have been using my new sunset aura quartz crystal, a citrine and sunstone crystal work great as well!

After I am all done with my mantra’s and meditation, I will do some journaling. My journaling is different every day, as it should be.

It can be a variety of affirmations or deflecting limiting beliefs, here is an example of some affirmations I commonly use for this ritual.

“My success is inevitable. I attract positive energy and positive energy is attracted to me. Wealth flows easily to me, I vibrate at the vibration of abundance. I am abundant. The Universe works in my favor.”

Affirmation Cards

This is such a beautiful way to begin the day to manifest wealth and abundance, but don’t let it stay within that space. Take these beliefs, these affirmations with you throughout the day and remember that The Universe is always paying attention.

Are you vibrating to the frequency of wealth and abundance? Are you acting like the higher version of yourself that has wealth and abundance in your life? This is how your truly bring in abundance.

You must first be open to abundance and understand that it is all around you and that you deserve it, in able to receive it… you must be open to receiving it, not focusing on the lack of it.

Evening Ritual:

In the evening, I will do a visualization meditation, it always varies and should be different for everyone.

If you believe your space carries negative energies, be sure to cleanse it with sage or palo santo.

Quiet your mind and envision yourself as the person that already has the wealth and abundance your manifesting. What does it look like for you? What are you doing? Where are you going? How are you acting? How are you feeling?

Feel like that. Right now. All the time, match that feeling and abundance will flow your way.

Citrine Crystal

Here is a guided visualization meditation.

After this, I will pick a frequency to fall asleep to, there are many options for this and each frequency vibrates to the frequency of a number of things. Choose one that vibrates to wealth and abundance, lately I have been falling asleep to this.

I strongly believe in sound frequencies, I’ve woke up in the middle of the night with my whole body vibrating to the exact frequency of the music I was listening to, it was astounding. I literally was able to feel myself vibrating and attracting that vibrational energy to me.

And remember that you are already so abundant, count your blessings every day and all you have to be grateful for. You receive miracles when you account for the miracles you already possess. 🙂

I hope you found this ritual helpful and I hope you manifest much abundance.

Tune into the vibration and manifest abundance!

YOU ARE ABUNDANCE

Via quantum physics, everything is already within you. Abundance, money, wealth and joy are something we are all constantly seeking in this world and I want to remind you that these things are not outside of you.

I created this mini course to allow you to tune into your very unique energy of abundance. To vibrate at the energetic frequency of wealth. To heal your relationship with money and understand how your own subconscious mind can be blocking you from manifesting it.

We will transform your money mindset, recreate your vibration, elevate your wealth consciousness and have a whole lot of fun along the way! Because once you tune into your abundant energy… it is addicting!

The entire universe is conspiring to give you everything you want.

Manifestation Moon Ritual

The power of manifestation is absolutely incredible, but when you harness the energy of the moon along with it to guide you in the right directions for that manifestation, it can be even more powerful.

This new moon, I am going to be doing a manifestation moon ritual and I am going to share exactly what I will be doing throughout the entire month and all of the moon phases.

Of course, everyone’s manifestation is different, because of this I am going to share something awesome with you at the end of this blog, an opportunity for a customized manifestation moon ritual just for you. 🙂

Moonology

New Moon Phase (Manifestation Beginnings)

This new moon is on August 30th, this specific new moon is in the Virgo and it is conjunct with Mars. This combination brings strength and passion and a great time for new goals and a time to express your creativity.

On this night I will sage my home to cleanse the energy and make sure I am starting fresh with new positive energies in my space. When I do this, I say some affirmations such as (no negative energy lives here, I only surround myself with positive energies, I cleanse this space, ect).

What I want to manifest during this moon cycle is a paid trip to Bali. What’s important when you want to manifest something, is letting go of the how and trusting the Universe will open doors for it to somehow.

I like to light incense, candles and lay my crystals (I will focus around citrine to attract abundance) around me, though none of this is necessary, if you don’t have these things, it is the power of intention that is most important.

After I’ve created a peaceful aura, I’ll meditate to steady my mind for a few minutes. I do this first to get more present in the moment. Afterwards I’ll write down some affirmations that have to do with what I want to manifest.

For example, “I am manifesting a paid trip to Bali, my trip is already paid for. I am so excited to go to Bali, it is going to be amazing. The Universe is opening up doors for this trip to be paid and I am so grateful. I am manifesting the travel I’ve always wanted.”

You can go on with this for as long as you’d like. Write as if it’s already happened and get excited that it has!

After I’m done with my affirmations I will do a visualization meditation. This can be so powerful if you don’t allow other outer thoughts to enter your mind space.

Imagine the thing you want to manifest already being there and how it feels to have it. For me, I will visual being in Bali, the waterfalls, the beach, the atmosphere, the culture, the villa I want to stay in, the food I want to eat, the things I want to see, people I want to meet, things I want to do.

Take as much time as you need for this, it can be so much fun and time can fly by! Feel like your there, feel like it’s already happened, feel that bliss.

For the rest of night, just get excited for the journey ahead and how the Universe is going to open doors for your dream and it will come when it needs to.

When you go to sleep, listen to a meditative audio that vibrates at the same frequency as what you want to manifest. For this manifestation, I am going to be falling asleep to this audio.

This can rewire the brain to vibrate at the same frequency as the dream you’d like to manifest so you attract it to you.

Super Attractor

The Waxing Moon Phases

Here is where the work comes in. You must be conscious with where your mind is during this time. Make sure you are still working towards your manifestation, are you being grateful? Are you being positive? Are you still putting faith in the Universe that you are manifesting?

During these moon phases, make sure to still visualize, still do you affirmations, I plan to listen to my audio every night. I plan to act like what I am manifesting is already in the works and I have nothing to fear.

Make sure you are also doing the work! If you want to become an entrepreneur or something, the Universe is going to open up doors, but it is up to you to recognize them and step through them. You may find more opportunities for this to manifest coming your way, but you must do the work to step into them.

There will be times when you will be questionable, maybe start to lose faith, remember that whatever you are thinking is going to manifest, if you don’t think you will succeed, then you wont.

You’re morning routine ritual is very important during these phases, and quiet literally all the time.

Every morning, I do a short 10-20 minute yoga session, light incense and meditate. I sometimes do a visualization, sometimes do manifestation affirmations.

But I always, always mention what I am grateful for, no matter how simple it is. I usually mention that I am grateful for a brand new day, grateful to breathe, grateful to manifest in this new day, grateful for the love in my life, ect.

This can be different for everyone, remember to try to mix it up to keep you thinking of new things, keep you present with what your really saying and really feel the grateful energy.

I like to do a daily tarot card draw during the entire phase until the full moon as well and write it down in a journal and try to understand what the Universe may be trying to tell you or guide you during the process.

First Quarter Moon Phase

This phase of the moon is based on some self reflection. You are half way through your moon cycle, look back and be honest with yourself on how your doing. What are you attracting, what frequency is your energy at, are your staying present, being grateful, keeping with your affirmations?

Maybe this is a time to do a full on ritual similar to your new moon to get back aligned with your goals for the next half of the moon phases.

I always recommend reading some sort of self-growth book to read regularly as well to always keep you motivated, this honestly is something I use all the time to continue growing.

Here are some of my favorites.

Full Moon Phase

The purpose of the full moon is to reach manifestation and reap the benefits of the intentions you put out into the Universe.

Charge your crystals for your new moon cycles and write down what you are grateful for achieving in this moon cycle.

If you did not manifest exactly what you are looking for, do not lose hope, reflect back and see if you weren’t as commited as you thought, what could you do differently?

Remember to be grateful for other things that you may have manifested during this moon cycle.

Maybe you are manifesting something powerful and it may take some more time. Take this time to reflect and recoup, try again this next new moon with new faith and new astrological correspondences.

Waning Moon Phases

These moon phases are meant for rest. Hopefully you have been incredibly active in manifesting you goal and take this time to take some time for self-care. Take a bubble bath with some candles, treat yourself to a facial, buy a new crystal, take a nap, maybe meditate some more. Do something to reward yourself an build motivation to start again for the next new moon.

Remember to stay grateful during these times as well, keep your frequency high and keep attracting positivity into your life. 🙂

Top Ten 101 Destination Stops

If you’re planning a 101 coastal road trip, I deeply recommend doing it right. That means starting from the 101 no one thinks about, right off the coastal road.

I’ve done this 101 road trip, and took my sweet time along the process. Not only this but I quiet literally live right off highway 101 in southern Washington, so I know the famous highway well!

Here are the must stop visits while traveling this amazing highway, from north Washington to California.

Hood Canal

This area often goes overlooked, it is not the 101 right next to the ocean, though it is close, this area is beautiful! It is right next to the Olympic Rainforest and some small towns by the bay. The famous Vance Creek Bridge is hidden in this area. A partial amount of this bridge has been torn down now but if your feeling reckless, you may still be able to explore part of it.

This area also is covered with amazing hikes and waterfalls and is one of the only places on the coast where you can harvest your own oysters! Stop at Hama Hama to get the beginning of your seafood experience and enjoy some wine and music by the bay in Hoodsport.

Some of my favorite waterfalls include Rocky Brook Falls, Murhut Falls, Hama Hama Falls and Vincent Creek Falls (High Steel Bridge). Read all about this area here.

Cape Flattery

This area is the northern tip of the U. S but not very popular, which is good for us! The trail is well maintained and the views are gorgeous. Read more about it here.

Ruby Beach

This is the most stunning beach in Washington, right off 101, the drive to this place is covered with spectacular beaches, but this is the one you’ll want to stop at. There’s tide pools to explore and the beach goes on forever. This beach is most famous for it’s large rock on the beach with a hole in the middle that I didn’t manage to get a picture of. You can read more about it in the link above as well.

IMG_0109

Quinault

Quinault is a special, quaint place where you can experience the world’s only temperate rainforest that is completely untouched. There are many nature trails in the area from quarter mile hikes to backpacking trips and waterfalls right along side them. There is also the world’s largest Spruce Tree here as well and the Hoh Rainforest is also close by if you can’t get enough of the luscious greenery.

Fort Stevens State Park

Fort Stevens is located right outside of the beautiful small city of Astoria, OR, most famous for the movie The Goonies. What makes this park so special is the ship wreck of Peter Iredale, where you can see the iron remains of this ancient ship right on the beach, accessible to the public. It’s quiet the site, see more about it here

Canon Beach

I think when people are planning 101 trips, their first destination is Canon Beach, so I hope all the posts above have caught your interest to see before northern Oregon. Canon beach is a small beach town with an open bottle policy, meaning you can drink beer wherever you’d please. Most famous for Haystack rock on it’s beach, where you can climb around it and view the tide pools. It also has a lot of puffins at the top of the rock.

It’s a popular destination spot, but also not incredibly crowded.

Cape Kiwanda

This place was one of my favorite experiences along our 101 travels. Located in the middle of Oregon in the town of Pacific City, Cape Kiwanda is what it means to travel 101. You show up at this beach, to a Haystack Rock way in the distance, you are able to climb a sand hill to your right which leads you to Cape Kiwanda. You can walk all along this Cape and experience amazing views. There are some dangerous areas but they will give you the best Instagram shot! Many wander past the warning signs to get the best photo, but because of the Oregon Beach Bill, I do not believe you can get fined for it.

You can also take the Three Capes Scenic Route before Cape Kiwanda to experience even better views, but we missed the turn, so keep a look out! Devil’s Punchbowl is nearby as well, though we didn’t go there. More on Cape Kiwanda here.

Samuel H. Boardman’s State Scenic Cooridor

This is located in southern Oregon in a small city called Brookings, right before you hit California. It is several different stops off the side of the Highway, all absolutely gorgeous. They meet up with the Oregon Coast Trail, the scenic points that I thought were most amazing was Natural Bridges, where you can hike your way to the top of these magnificent arches and Arch Rock Point.

The Redwood Forest

Of course, the Redwood Forest is a must-see along 101. It is located in northern California and is quiet the enchanting adventure. There is so much to see here, there are several different areas to go, we went to the Jedidiah Forest, which was amazing, but simply driving through these areas is worth the drive.

Big Sur

Unfortunately, we were not able to experience Big Sur, California, as when we went they had an enormous landslide right before Big Sur on Highway 101, but it is still on my bucket list! I recommend stopping at Pfieffer Beach. I’ve heard that the sand turns purple on some sunsets and it is quiet magical!

Simply driving down this highway is spectacular! There are views of the ocean right on the side of the road so pull over as much as you can and enjoy the views! There are of course many more places of interest, but these are my top ten. So pull over as much as you can and maybe spot some whales in Oregon!

Smaller Spaces, Bigger Love

I guess you could say that living in a small home can really challenge a relationship. There’s not much room for any personal space or personal time, nor much space to hide your living habits. To some people, these circumstances can seem intimidating, we considered it a new opportunity for growth.

At first I thought such a little space of living wouldn’t require too much cleaning, but three animals along with all our belongings has required us to come together with creative ways to keep things tidy.

Every obstacle is a new challenge for us to solve together, how to keep certain things away so Forrest wont chew them up, places to put the cat food so Forrest wont eat it, making sure the animals have plenty of fresh air while were gone, how to hide things that we don’t want to see, like garbage, recycling, laundry.

We still find ourselves getting rid of things we don’t need and our ability to condense is a lot stronger than before. We both share a dedication to our living and to make sure that we are happy in it.

Our views have changed about personal space and personal time, we hardly have any personal belongings, we share everything together. This lifestyle, this home and our relationship has become our greatest commitment.

There is an entirely new feeling that comes along with living with someone in a small space, you feel incredibly close at all times, everything feels so much more intimate and you begin to be even more involved in one another’s thoughts and lives. This a feeling I will never give up.

Smaller spaces has not created bigger arguments, it has allowed us to grow even closer. Before we left on this journey, I can say that any arguments were truly due to the impatience and dissatisfaction with how we were living, and I think that many couples feel this.

We had a different set of priorities, like money, rent, bills, work with an endless cycle of not going out and doing what really made us happy and never speaking about what really mattered to us.

But I have never been happier than I have, being set free in these smaller spaces and making our big dreams happen together. I realize that a new lifestyle has made me continue to see the man of my dreams while we speak of genuine conversations and see the beauty of the world together.

I’ve Never Felt As Blessed As I Have With Less

At first, minimizing my things was simply to make sure I had just enough to fit into our 37 ft. r. v, yet it soon started to become much more than that.

Now living in a space much smaller than any other permanent living situation I have ever been in, I don’t remember exactly what it was that I sold in the first place. I know my every belonging and I cherish them more than I’ve ever appreciated abundance.

Every item that I have has an importance to me, and if it doesn’t, than I have no further use for it rather than to give it to someone who will appreciate it more.

I have found that I appreciate a gift a lot more than I ever have, I appreciate generosity and kindness more than any thing that can be bought. When I find myself looking for something that I need, I no longer seek out nice retail stores, but rather thrift stores and yard sales, for I have no need to be ashamed in doing so. I’ve found things of far more character in these places that cost much less.

I’ve also found myself giving much more than before, oddly enough because I have less things, but I find that the law of attraction brings things of value right back to me because of it.

I’ve realized that all the pointless stuff I bought at one point was simply to fill a void within me, much like a lot of people do. But it’s as if now my heart is too full for meaningless things to be in my life. I used to find myself with more than I truly needed but always unsatisfied and wanting more. Here I am now, I could pack my personal belongings into a few boxes, and I feel so blessed for all the things I have. I have a home, food, water, a job, amazing friends and family and a loving boyfriend, I have three gorgeous animals and I don’t need anything more.

With this mindset, I find that more meaningful gifts and people have come my way, and I am far more grateful for them than I would have been previously.

Everyone’s version of minimalism is different, it is okay to have many of something that has great value to you, it’s getting rid of the things that truly have no value to you at all. There is always a long conversation with yourself that, that item may be useful at one point, but let’s be honest, it never is.

To me, I like to keep a lot of spiritual tools around, crystals, incense, candles and such, but I cherish each and every one of those belongings and have found no purpose in extra clothing, shoes, makeup, hair accessories, décor, ect.

I am starting to recognize what all the hype was about minimalism, it is all about progression and the change of mentality along the way. It’s going back to simplicity and realizing that’s all you ever needed to feel full; less things to distract you to rediscover what really makes you happy.

Creating An Aura Of Peace

Everyone has different methods to find they’re own peace. But if you are ready to experiment deeper methods, there are many different herbs, meditations and crystals that are spiritually believed to elevate peaceful vibrations. I use these methods regularly to keep myself at a peaceful, spiritual level and I would love to share some with you.

There are many actions that can promote tranquility, for me, setting a peaceful aura and writing is calming. Meditation is always the most effective in my humble opinion, but whether your reading, writing, meditating or anything in between, the entire atmosphere around you can effective the vibrations of the mind, therefore your aura is very important.

I personally love to turn all my lights off and fill my home with candles, scents and crystals that can better promote calm. Here are some that I recommend:

Sometimes Getting Lost Is The Right Direction

I’d be lying if I told you that the travelling lifestyle is all, as my stepmother called it, “hippie flowers and butterflies.” We have our worries just like anyone else, our worries are simply much different, consisting of where we will sleep tonight, the cheapest option for gas and finding the right directions.

After driving about 30 minutes in the wrong direction, we had to turn around and retrack our path. For any of you who do not know, we do not have a phone plan, we rely entirely on maps, which normally is not an issue, but yesterday it was.

We found ourselves very frustrated with the waste of precious time and gas money. It was difficult to stay positive throughout the situation, until we began to realize that everything happens for a reason, we just needed to wait for what that reason was.

When we reached McKenzie Highway, the sun began to set and we kept our eyes out for a place to camp for the night. We found ourselves parked in an empty lot off the side of the highway, right next to McKenzie River. We may have paid at least $40 a night to camp in a place like this anywhere else.

We took a moment to settle down, knowing that though we may not have reached Tilliwiger Hot Springs that day, we met our own personal nook of wilderness to slow down for a bit from all the driving and directions that we would not have experienced otherwise.

[tp_cheapest_flights_shortcodes origin=”SEA” destination=”TUS” subid=”direction” off_title=”false” currency=”USD” paginate=”false”]

The lesson we took away from this was that we may reach situations that go wrong in the future, a wrong turn, a wrong decision; but to keep in mind that everything is meant to happen for a reason, even if it appears as a mistake.

Right next to this crystal blue river was an amazing way to wake up the next morning and continue on to 126 towards Tilliwiger Hot Springs and Tamolich Falls.

Good Luck and Good Fortune Meditation

As we finally head off away from family and into our own atmosphere of life, to attract good luck is never a bad thing.

We have made some critical decisions within the last couple days, such as leaving our truck behind and relying upon our own feet, bicycles, buses and Uber to spare us the money spent on gas to tow the weight as well as on ground, we believe this will allow us to think more creatively as to how to best get where we need to be. We also have made a difficult decision to travel just to two of us (my boyfriend, our animals and I). As uneasy as this choice was, I know that we all shall grow into our own people and I wish my friend the best.

A call for good luck and good fortune is most needed now, and this is how I will do so if you’d like to join:

Crystals:

Tigers eye (for good luck and will-power)

Citrine (for good fortune, success and creativity)

Selenite (to ground and charge your energies)

Clear Quartz (to amplify your intentions and deflect negative energies)

All crystals are optional, if you don’t have some, don’t worry!

Incence:

          Lavender (for good luck)

          Sage (for cleansing your aura)

St. John’s Wort (for strength and happiness)

Find a peaceful space to set your incents and crystals and to sit comfortably.

Sit in the most comfortable position to meditate and do so for a few minutes. Once you find your zen, set your intentions on your future and how you see your goals playing out. Envision this future of bliss and success as if it’s happening already.

After you find contentment in that moment, begin to out loud thank the universe or whichever God you worship for every thing in your life that you are thankful for, no matter how small.

Some things I say are simply another day to breathe, the food I’ve had, the water, the coffee. This helps you to recognize and be thankful for the things that go overlooked.

Find a moment of still peace in your meditation after this. After doing so, say out loud the characteristics you want in your future as well as what you believe you carry now. Some things I saw are, “I am humble, I am confident, I am successful, I have great will power… ect.”

Find a moment of peace within your meditation once more and keep it for as long as you please, finishing off your meditation with a clear mind and the high vibrations of good luck around you.

Bow you head in Namaste.

It may be weird at first to say things aloud during meditation, but the power of affirmations and the law of attraction is a powerful manifestation that everyone should learn the tricks to. Trust in the universe to provide you with good luck in your future and keep your intentions within you with good faith.

To heal your relationship with money and understand how your own subconscious mind can be blocking you from manifesting it

We will transform your money mindset, recreate your vibration, elevate your wealth consciousness and have a whole lot of fun along the way! Because once you tune into your abundant energy… it is addicting!

The entire universe is conspiring to give you everything you want.

Travel Hotspot Down Highway 101

So many times I have drove down Highway 101, just the drive home and sometimes further to Astoria, Seaside and Canon Beach. I drove it to school, I drove it basically whenever I needed to go anywhere at all. But it has taken me until now to recognize that, that very road is a famous scenic byway for travelers down the Washington, Oregon and California coast.

A staple during our travels so far down highway 101 has been stopping at the Elixir Culture Co., a company my aunt owns and has grown into a beautiful, lively destination for travelers down the coast, located in the small town where I grew up, South Bend. The Elixir is full of love that is always sensed as soon as you walk inside, a place to unwind and connect while looking at the beautiful bay right outside the windows.

The Elixir is full of color and unique floral design of which my aunt Nancy creates herself from Washington grown flowers. All choices are made with intention to help the town thrive by selling local products such as handmade mugs, shell jewelry, honey, photographs and as many locally farmed products as possible. The shop also has vegan options for delicious coffee’s and snacks and lots of lovely bouquets and plants around to purchase.

What I have always appreciated about this shop is the atmosphere of comfort and the care for everyone who walks inside and the nonprofit support the company makes to help local business thrive.

Nancy’s plans for the Elixir are big and bold, and I am so excited for the growth that will be happening. She plans to make her own flower farm using permaculture gardening, to be able to make all her bouquets with her own flowers. She would also love to teach others how to make their own flower farms and harvest some of her own foods for the shop as well.

It’s a beautiful thing to be in this shop and hear the stories from traveler’s, where they began their journey and where their next destination is. The Elixir is a must stop shop for just about anyone travelling down the 101 highway, come by and use the internet, unwind and tell your story.
