Week 2

Welcome to week 2 of Divine Aligned. This week we’re going to get a little more advanced with our breathwork sessions. I encourage you to practice these breathwork sessions and follow with a meditation every single day to get the best out of this course.

I also encourage making it your own and doing what works for you! This week I have a special heart alignment practice that has transformed my state of being so quickly to feeling in an instant state of connection, abundance and bliss. The more you practice it, the easier it is to get into this state of gratitude. So don’t get discouraged if it doesn’t stick right away for you. Keep practicing! All of these techniques are called a practice for a reason, so have patience and compassion with yourself.
